Is the ink safe to use?
Yes! We use water-based ink that is safe for skin contact and eco-friendly.
That’s why it can be removed when needed – making it easy to donate or pass along clothes when you're done with them.

Stamp dimensions: 50×60×25mm.
Materials: plastic body, water-based ink.

What can I print on the stamp?
You can print one line (up to 15 characters), or two lines (optional – up to 10 characters per line), with or without an icon.
The second line can include a phone number.

What materials does the stamp work on?
Our stamps work on most fabrics, except certain synthetics like polyester or nylon.
We recommend avoiding direct stamping on shiny or synthetic fabrics. Instead, use the included white fabric strip – stamp it, then iron it onto the garment.
You can also stamp on cardboard, all types of paper, and more.

What about dark or black clothing?
We’ve got that covered! Every order includes a white iron-on strip. Stamp your design on the strip and apply it to dark fabrics with ease.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. All purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our return and shipping policy.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order and request a refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Once your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes – so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 2 business days after confirmation.

What are the delivery times?
Since this is a personalized product, average delivery time is 7–14 business days from the order date.
In some cases, shipping may be delayed by up to 10 additional business days due to location or courier delays.

Note: sometimes orders are split into multiple packages for logistical reasons.
